We provide one-on-one coaching to individuals. We run professional coach training programs and develop coaches’ excellence through mentor coaching and supervision. We design highly customized leadership development programs for organizations and deliver them as virtual, hybrid or face-to-face workshops. UpThink Coaching is based in the south of China, and we provide virtual services globally as well as on the ground in China.
